In the latest court case, a judge removed Kim Chyna from a lawsuit in which she had been accused of defaming Rob Chyna. Her lawyer argued that her comments were not defamatory. Judge Gregory Alarcon agreed. The lawsuit still names several other women. However, the jury decided that none of them were liable. Rob Chyna claimed that Chyna held a gun, strangled him with a phone-charger cord, and hit him with a six-foot metal rod. He testified that Chyna tried to kill him.
