Amber Heards Aquaman Claims

The case of Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard is a very controversial one. The actor and actress claims that Warner Bros. cut her appearance in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom because of legal wrangling with Depp. Despite their chemistry, the movie almost didn't make it. Amber Heard testified that she had to fight to keep her role because of the legal wrangling with Depp.

Heard alleges that Depp hit her in the face while he wore heavy rings

Heard, who is suing Depp for $100 million, has defended her actions, saying that the actor fabricated the allegations and painted on bruises to gain publicity. The allegations are now pending in Virginia, but Depp has not publicly commented. A settlement is expected to be reached soon. Heard claims she was hit in the face during a trip to Russia in June 2013, but Depp has never denied hitting her or causing her serious injuries.

The actress says she was repeatedly struck in the face by Depp while shooting the film, despite being aware of the incident. The actor has denied hitting her but maintains that he was wearing heavy rings at the time. Several other witnesses at the trial testified that Depp had hit Heard in the face with his ring on while he was wearing heavy rings in the film.

Heard says she saw bruises and cuts after he hit her

After being photographed in front of the camera after allegedly being attacked by Johnny Depp, Amber Heard claimed she saw bruises and cuts after the actor slammed her on the face. She also claimed she had used make-up to cover up the cuts and bruises. But Depp's attorney disputed her account, calling her photos "convenient."

Depp's security guard also testified in a video deposition that he did not see Amber Heard's injuries, but she told her friends that the actor had attacked her. Depp was wearing a nipple-studded suit and had a bottle thrown at him. According to Heard, Johnny Depp cut off the tip of his finger when he was thrown against a wall.

Heard also claimed that the actor defecated on her bed during a party celebrating her 30th birthday in April 2016. She says she was driving to Coachella when the incident occurred. The actress told the court she did not intend to reference Depp in her op-ed piece. During the hearing, she was pressed to clarify her public relations team. She said she would resume testifying at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday.

Producers of Aquaman 2 question Heard's claims

The producers of Aquaman 2 are questioning Amber Heard's claim that her screen time in the sequel has been drastically cut due to legal battles with Johnny Depp. The actress plays Mera in the film and only appears in 10 minutes. However, Warner Bros. has delayed the film's premiere date until March 17, 2023. Heard's claims are based on statements she made to the Washington Post under oath.

Despite the recent revelation, Warner Bros. and Heard have declined to comment on the situation. However, producers of Aquaman 2 did tell TheWrap that they would never react to pure fan pressure. "If you are not prepared to make a decision based on what is best for the film, we will not react to it," says Peter Safran, Aquaman's producer.

Depp accuses Heard of orchestrating a "smear campaign"

Johnny Depp is suing actress Amber Heard for $100 million. The actress did not name Depp in her op-ed, but claimed that his actions were a part of an "organized smear campaign" to hurt her reputation. Heard, who filed for a restraining order against Depp in 2016, countersued Depp and asked for an injunction to prevent Depp from speaking out further against her.

In her countersuit, Heard claimed that Depp was a domestic abuser and ruined her reputation by publishing her op-ed. However, she argues that her op-ed did not explicitly identify Depp as the abuser. Therefore, she is asking for $100 million in damages. While it is unknown whether she will win the lawsuit, the drama surrounding Amber Heard and Depp's relationship is still making headlines.
