Morning routines have really evolved these past few years, haven't they? It feels like we're finally moving past those super intense 4 AM wake-ups and elaborate, hour-long sequences that honestly just added more stress. We're busy, us girls, and we deserve a morning that actually feels good, not like another item on the to-do list. Setting the Stage This part really sets the tone for your whole day, even before your feet hit the floor.
